Two halves to this job. One is talking to people who have decided to go and teach abroad and helping them pick the right course. The other is opening doors in Irish secondary schools for our national TEFL programme, which means cold outreach, building relationships with teachers, and looking after those schools once they are on board.

- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Listening actively on advising calls, and recording and updating details in our CRM
- Introducing leads to the world of TEFL and sharing practical advice with people looking to work abroad
- Processing bookings and applications for TEFL training courses and programmes abroad
- Cold sales outreach by email and phone to secondary education in Ireland for our national TEFL programme for schools
- Invoicing schools for bulk course purchases, and assisting teachers year round with student enrolment and progress tracking
- Working with the marketing, IT and management teams
- Managing your own reporting and related administration
- Inviting customer reviews and blog interviews

- Comfortable working to Key Performance Indicators
- Confident using Excel or Google Sheets for day to day reporting
- A professional, friendly telephone manner
- Excellent written and spoken English
- At least one year of sales experience
Preferred, but not essential
- Experience in sales or in a start up environment
- CRM experience
- A third level degree
What we offer
- €28,210 basic salary, which is €15.50 an hour on a 35 hour week
- Tiered commission that rises with target attainment and is uncapped on volume
- Full training and ongoing support
- 20 days annual leave, increasing with years of service
- An extra day of leave when your birthday falls on a working day
- 10 paid public holidays
- Two work from home days per month
