Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities for Sales Team Leader

  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Track and monitor sales team KPIs
  • Identify & arrange training opportunities for the sales team
  • Liaise with the marketing, operations, IT and management teams
  • Meet sales targets as an individual and team
  • Inbound and outbound email and phone inquiries about our training courses and exotic teaching placements overseas
  • Actively listen, record and update CRM details from advising calls
  • Inform leads about the world of TEFL and share tips with people who are interested in working abroad
  • Process bookings and applications for TEFL training courses and programs abroad

Qualifications for Sales Team Leader

  • A positive and mature attitude, as well as the will to succeed
  • Must have the drive to earn commission and be confident you can perform
  • 2 years of experience in sales
  • Leadership/ management experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

The successful applicant will get:

  • Full training in all departments
  • Strong Basic Salary dependent on experience with uncapped, unlimited, commission and bonus structures leading to an expected OTE of 40k+
  • 1 Work from home day per month
  • 20 days Annual Leave (Increasing with years of service)

Job Title: Telesales Agent

Responsibilities for Telesales Agent

  • Inbound and outbound email and phone inquiries about our training courses and exotic teaching placements overseas
  • Meet sales targets as an individual and team
  • Actively listen, record and update CRM details from advising calls
  • Inform leads about the world of TEFL and share tips with people who are interested to work abroad
  • Process bookings and applications for TEFL training courses and programs abroad
  • Assist our customers to find paid placements abroad through our programs
  • Liaise with the marketing, IT and management teams
  • Perform general administration duties across various departments including managing your own reports
  • Actively seek positive customer reviews and blog interviews

Qualifications for Telesales Agent

  • A positive and mature attitude as well as the will to succeed
  • Must have the drive to earn commission and be confident you can perform
  • Have a passion for travel and experiencing different cultures
  • Able to work towards Key Performance Indicators
  • Able to work between the hours from 9am – 8pm
  • Ability to work in the office in Dungarvan
  • Professional friendly telephone manner
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office & computer literacy
  • Passion for the English Language
  • A 3rd level degree is preferred
  • Experience in Sales & Start up companies is preferred
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • WordPress experience is also preferred but not essential.
